Not being a fan of small print ... so I'll use a relatively large font here:) ... though it may be useful to clarify the conditions I prefer to operate within. These I'm sure will be expected and acceptable to most.

• Firm bookings noted in my diary are taken as definite, unless rearranged or cancelled as outlined below.
• Changes to a booking should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise a cancellation charge will be invoiced of half the agreed fee or twice the hourly rate, whichever is the greater.
• Charges are made STRICTLY on a time basis. In London an hourly rate is chargeable, including travel within Greater London or facility hire, and is subject to a minimum 2 hour minimum 'call out' fee per session. Extra travel expenses, etc. may be chargeable for visits further afield. See current rates for more up-to-date information.
• Significant parking, transport charges or tolls (e.g. congestion charge) incurred may also require reimbursment (though I do my best to avoid these).
• Professionalism demands that I will do my utmost to leave a system in the best configuration possible as requested and within the required time-frame, however the ultimate responsibility rests with the owner.
