What I really found valuable in learning was sitting in the studio with experienced professionals (and it's been my priviledge to be there with some of the top Artists, Engineers and Producers); watching (and HEARING) what they did, learning how to get resuls practically, being able to ask questions, get advice directly, and grow in confidence of my own abilities working alongside them. My approach is based on this.
